Stef Keniry may have only started training in 2018, but in that short period she has made a good impression and is a young trainer with high ambitions.
Stef has been involved with horses for all of her life, she competed at national level and is a regular on the hunting scene.
Whilst at school she rode out for a few local trainers and then progressed to running a point to point yard, she continued her University work and has a degree in crime and investigation!!!
Whilst at University she set up a breaking and pre training yard with a lot of top northern trainers and owners as clients and she was fortunate to produce some high profile winners on the flat and over jumps.
She was approached by Scottish trainer, James Ewart, to become his assistant before taking out her own full licence in the summer of 2018.
The yard had made a great start with a variety of winners from to two year olds to long distance chase winners.
Her enthusiasm, dedication and hard work shines through and she has a bright future ahead of her.
